Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe provides us with:

• Last 4 digits of your card (for your reference)
• Card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Subscription status

Automatically Collected Information

Like most apps, we automatically collect:

• Device type and operating system
• IP address (for security and to prevent abuse)
• Usage patterns (which features you use, to help us improve)
• Error logs (to fix bugs and crashes)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide the service - Store your projects, sync across devices, generate reports
• Process payments - Manage your subscription through Stripe
• Send important updates - Account notifications, security alerts, service changes
• Improve the app - Fix bugs, understand which features are valuable, build better tools

• Protect our service - Prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues

We do not: Sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Delete Your Data

You can delete individual projects, photos, or measurements anytime. To delete your entire account and all data, contact us at support@sitescopetech.com

You can update your account information (email, name) anytime in your profile settings.

Export Your Data

You can export your projects as PDF reports or download your photos at any time.

Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we're required by law to keep it longer (like financial records for tax purposes).

Children's Privacy

SiteScope is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in
• Remember your preferences
• Understand how you use the app (to improve it)

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features of SiteScope may not work properly.
